R1) ch 2, 6 sc in second ch from hook. Join with sl st.
R2) ch 1, 2 sc in each st around. join
R3) ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in next st. ( 2 sc in next st, sc in next , around) join
R4-10) Ch 1 , sc in each st around, join
R11) ch 1 , sc in first st, ch 1, sk next st, sc in next st, skip next st, around, join
Ruffle for girls-ch 3 sc in next sc , ch 3 sc in next ch sp, around.
Finishing: Add a tie to round 11 by weaving in and out, tie into bow
