Worsted Weight yarn and G or H hook... Ch 66, adding multiples of 11 for larger blanket. Work pattern in BACK loops.

R1) Dc in 4th chain from hook, dc in next 2 chs, * 3 dc in next ch, dc in each of next 4 chs, skip 2 chains, dc in next 4 chains, rep from * across, ending 3 dc in next chain, dc in each of last 4 chains, ch 3, turn

R2) Pattern: Skip 1 dc, dc in next 3 dc, * 3 dc in next, dc in next 4 dc, skip next two dc's, dc in next 4 dc's, repeat from * across to last 5 sts, 1 dc in next 3 dc, skip 1 dc, dc through BOTH loops of your chain 3 on previous row. Ch 3 turn

Continue R2 till desired size.

EDGING: Working dc as follows: 3 dc in hills, skip 2 dc in valleys, work 2 dc in each ch 3 edge. Working through BOTH loops
