R1) Chain in mutiples of 2, two desired size. Work sc in each ch across, ch 2 turn.
R2) Hdc in each sc across, ch 1 turn
R3) sc in first st, (ch 1, skip one st, sc in next st) repeat across, ch 2 turn
R4) Hdc in each sc and chain across.
R5) Repeat r3
R6) Repeat r4
Repeat r3 and r4 till cover measures about 21".
Finish off

Border: work hdc evenly spaced around entire cover.

Border: work sc in each hdc around.
